About
Hello, I'm Josh G3MOT the founder of SuperSig Antennas and have been a licenced Radio Amateur since 2008. However, this is only a small part of the story. I'll carry on with this later, but in the meantime...
...SuperSig Antennas was born from the desire for GAIN & DIRECTIVITY. After living in a QTH where I could have a beam up full time, we relocated to a house where this is not possible. Yes, I have a multiband vertical and an EFHW which covers 80-10m, even top band with a tuner, but nothing compares to directional antenna. I had been looking into various designs but this, to me, was by far the best option. And here we are.
Some History
I'm the third generation of radio amateur in our family. My grandfather, Jack D Lambert, got his artificial aerial call sign 2BNL in 1936. In 1938 he passed his morse and took the call sign G3TA.

This is G3TA operating as VP4WD (Walt Disney) in Tobago in 1960.
My father, Colin Lambert, passed his morse test at the coast guard station at Falmouth in 1958. Being in the RAF he did not have to take the RAE as the RAF exams were of a much higher grade. His call sign G3MOT was issued in April 1958.
I passed my foundation course in April 2008 and was given the call M3XIK. I then went on to pass the next two exams and got the call M0XIK. I have the call G3MOT which was my Dads original call. My dad, Colin, is still going at 90 years old and uses his dad's call, my grandads call, G3TA!
